CHINA-PHARM 2012 to Present Drug GMP Achievements Showcase Zone

Along with the progress of China's reform & opening up and rapid economy development, as well as the implementation of Drug GMP, the drug production conditions have been obviously improved, while scientific and technological level of drug production and equipment have been greatly developed, which played a very important role in ensuring drug quality, protecting public health and guaranteeing the safety and effectiveness of drugs. The newly revised drug GMP stressed that the implementation of the drug GMP need to stick to the principle of "safety, effectiveness, and reliable quality", and always be honest to the public.

In the past two years of newly revised drug GMP's implementation, the certification standard has placed high requirement on the production condition, management system, and technology strength of the pharmaceutical manufacturers, which is also regarded as a big challenge to them. Which enterprises have passed the certification? And how? What difficulties and obstacle they have encountered with? And how to overcome?

In order to present the achievements of newly revised drug GMP, share the successful experience of the outstanding enterprises, Center for Certification of Drug (CCD) will join hands with China Center for Pharmaceutical International Exchange (CCPIE) to establish the "Drug GMP Achievements Showcase" Zone during CHINA-PHARM 2012 (the 17th China International Pharmaceutical Industry Exhibition) at the LB1 Exhibition Floor. By vivid case studies and various showcases, this special zone is designed to help Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturers improve the production conditions and update the production management software, facilitate industrial upgrading and structural adjustment, as well as continuously enhance the pharmaceutical production and quality management capacity and quality control level.

Jointly organized by the China Center for Pharmaceutical International Exchange and Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., CHINA-PHARM 2012 will be held at China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing from September 24 to 27, 2012. Through a nearly 20-year development since 1996, CHINA-PHARM has become one of the famous exhibitions with significant influence in the international pharmaceutical field.
