From 14th to 17th November 2014, Shanghai New International Expo Center will witness the 5th All in Print China, co-organized by China Printing Technology Association, China Academy of Printing Technology and Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. In order for industrial peers know better about this show and take an active part in it, the organizer held a pre-show press conference on 8thAugust in Shangri-La Hotel, Pudong, Shanghai. The conference featured the beforehand demonstration of highlights and partial contents in the show. The conference gathered more than 100 attendees, including leaders of printing, packaging associations from both China and abroad, famous media, representatives of exhibitors and printing companies. The organizer and exhibitor representatives published their show plans, including pre-demonstrating new technology and new equipment.

Ms. Chen Yan, president of China Academy of Printing Technology shared the latest information in printing industry in terms of“Inspiring Vision of New Printing Era”, as well as active preparation work by the organizer in terms of exhibitor service, visitor organization, global promotion of the show, corresponding activities. A survey by Pira International shows that the global output of printing industry is expected to reach 980billion USD in 2018, so the overall output of this industry is steadily growing. China’s printing industry is growing at the same pace! China’s State Administration of Radio, Film and Television published in July 2014 the audit result for the year 2013. China saw an overall industrial output of 1.03985trillion RMB in 2013, ranking the 2nd in the world; the gross revenue and profit rose by 9.3% and 9.8% compared with the previous year, indicating a steadily growing market. Top 100 printers in 2014 presented by Printing Manager, a magazine published by China Academy of Printing Technology, testified this point: 89.669billion RMB overall revenue of 100 top printing companies; 78 companies remaining from the list of 2013; 12.2% growth rate of sales revenue; 76 of 78 companies in red for two years in row with an average revenue growth rate of 11.28%, indicating that both revenue and profit was growing.

Mr. Axel Bartkus, General Manager of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. talked about how to attract foreign exhibitors, organize foreign visitors and global promotion of AIP. It’s 3 months from the opening of AIP, and the organizer has promoted it globally with different approaches, like magazine columns, online and traditional advertising, E-newsletter distribution, mobile newspaper, Wechat, APP, catalog and show preview brochure. Over 60 professional media and associations home and abroad are invited to promote the show, building the social impact of AIP.

More than 20 exhibitors from several printing fields released their exhibition plan on the press conference, including the new technologies, new equipments and eco-friendly printing solutions they plan to present during All in Print China 2014 to offer the first glimpse for the industry players.
Since digital technology is an industrial-wide hot topic, digital printing and pre-press is also among the highlights of exhibition contents. FUJIFILM (China) Investment Co.,Ltd., Fuji Xerox (China) Limited, Canon (China) Co., Ltd., Konica Minolta (China) Investment Ltd. and ESKO were invited to be the first speakers at the conference. Canon (China) Co., Ltd. will be the independent exhibitor with the largest exhibition area (1953sqm) and present full-line products of Canon and Oce for the first time in China’s market.
As for printing equipment, BeiJing JiaHeDingXin Technology Business CO., LTD. (DINGA) showed its further improved V3000AS printer; Hans-Gronhi Graphic Technology Co., Ltd. will take its leading brands “Gronhi” and “Shinohara” to AIP; Shanghai Electric Printing & Packaging Machinery Group’s show topic will be “efficient, smart, green and eco-friendly”, embodied by AquaStream Flexograph printing machine set, EP106-5-CL sheet-fed offset press, Excel-106ER automatic trash-cleaning die-cutting machine, ZXJD450/16 paperback perfect binding automatic line, SQZK1370 program-control paper cutter. SYNNEX Technology International Corporation, Beiren Group Corporation, Taiyo Kikai Co., Ltd. will also take an active part in the exhibition and gave a preview of their presence at All in Print China 2014 in the conference.
Ink zone has always been one of the feature zones in All in Print China, and the exhibition area and exhibitor’s number will be unprecedented in 5th AIP. HANGZHOU TOKA Ink Chemical Co., Ltd, SIEGWERK will present their latest ink products in AIP. Beijing Kangde Xin Composite Material Co., Ltd., a consumables company, introduced its functional pre-coating series, brand-new smart high-speed pre-coat laminator and naked-eye 3D product.
Post Press and Packaging has been a highlight in the industry. BOBST said they would present its latest package post-press product at All in Print China 2014. Meiguang Machinery said they would show LS1650 high-speed laminator stacking inline press, an industry-leading laminator; Shanghai Yoco, Shengding Group, Newport mentioned they would also present their latest post-press solutions.
